Original description Mediocris, sat robusta, viridis cyaneo-variegata, parce pilosa; capite viridi, vertice fusco-piloso inter et post ocellos nigro-violaceo, dense minus crasse rugoso-punctato, antennarum articulis tribus primis viridibus, reliquis fuscis, cavitate faciali profunda, non canaliculata, dense argenteo-pilosa, subtiliter transverse coriaceo-rugosa, superne marginata, margine transverso medio leniter arcuato; thorace viridi, supra sat crasse rugoso-punctato, mesonoti lobo medio et lateralium lateribus nigro-violaceis, scutello viridi-aureo subnitente; abdominis segmentis dorsalibus duobus primis igneo-aureis, secundo purpurascenti medio carinato, tertio margine basali nigro-violaceo, apice viridi-aureo irrorato, margine apicali viridi - cyaneo, quadridentato, dentibus mediocribus, triangularibus, fere in lineam transversam dispositis, externis acutis, intermediis subacutis, ernarginaturis arcuatis, aequalibus, serie ante-apicali per carinulam abbreviatam interrupta foveolis magnis, profundis, subrotundis; segmento primo sparsim crasse, secundo et tertio subtilius densiusque rugoso-punctatis; ventre nigro-aeneo, segmento primo lateribus, secundo in medio macula aurata notatis; femoribus viridi-cyaneis, tibiis magis viridibus, tarsis fuscis; alis sordide-hyalinis, venis fuscis, cellula radiali completa, tegulis viridi-cyaneis. - ♂; long. 8 mm
Chrysidi cyanopygae Dblb. mari similis et affinis; sed corpore latiore, ubique fortius rugoso-punctato, abdominis segmento secundo dorsali purpurascenti, tertio margine basali nigro-violaceo, apice viridi aureo irrorato, margine apicali viridi-cyaneo, emarginaturis aequalibus (non intermedio reliquis angustiore et profundiore) et ventre nigro-piceo, distincta.
Patria: Marocco (regnum Maroccanum) Africae septemtrionalis.
